  We can't recommend the Best Western Bundaberg City highly enough. We are business travellers and on each visit we have been impressed with the excellent level of service, helpfulness and cleanliness provided. The motel is located on the main road for ease of travel around Bundaberg, but without the traffic noise. The building is aged (due to lack of investment by the building owners) but any downside is well and truly made up by the convenience of the location and the superior level of professionalism invested by the operational owners, Tom, Glenda and their housekeeping team.   The inn is fairly good. Staff are friendly. As it's on the main drag, can get a bit noisy.

  Staff here are great. I have been travelling to the area for years and Tom and Glenda are great hosts. It is on the main strip, so easy to find and the ability to order from local restaurants with charge back to your room is perfect after a big day at work. The room has everything you need when travelling for work and close to the main shopping area.

  I stayed there during my business trip. My room was located at the back of the property with parking at the door. The room was not too big although there was a sofa and queen size bed with desk for work, mini bar and big TV. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a big vanity which I really liked. I had a comfortable stay and good night sleep. The place was clean and services daily. Kudos for actually not replacing my towels when hanged, first place I ever been to preaching environmental approach and actually going by its word.
