  They know their craft – Every time I attend to discuss a procedure or receive one, I am advised of the pro's and con's, the limitations of the technology v. my skin condition/age/expectations. My mother, my daughters, myself - have never experienced a time where we were not provided with all the necessary advice in regard to what the actual expected result would be, the product being used, if side effects are expected, cost etc. The choice to continue was always ours to make – an informed choice without any pressure.

Most recently I referred my mother, who is 73 years old, to have a skin cancer removed from her face (under the eye, and vertically down the cheek – approximately 3cms). Dr James preformed such an amazing incision – removing the cancer – and leaving my mother with a surgical line that is barely detectable without makeup, non existent with makeup.
