  This one star I am giving is not for Bundaberg Medical imaging, I would give them a 4 star rating we have been before and they were great. However our last appointment was anything but great the lady we had Margaret was very unprofessional, rude and clearly didn't enjoy her job. So if you have to go here just make sure you ask NOT to have Margaret/ Marg and you will be well looked after.

  As a backpacker I had the misfortune of breaking my neck. After 3 MRI and great medical advice I got a consultation with Dr. Jacob Van Der Westhuizen. This was not covered by medicare of which everything else was but was at a very reasonable price. After my consult I was left at ease with the doctor answering all my question I had wrote down before without actually having to ask any of them. Considering I was the other side of the world quiet scared the professional manner helped me formulate a plan of recovery. With the doctor advice I now have a top of the range neck brace to fly in. I was also able to contact the reception staff who where more than happy to help as I needed a medical report clearing me to fly. Ten minutes after my phone call with the lovely Fiona I had the report emailed to me signed by the doctor.

  A great place to go however when i had my 12 week pregnancy scan i had marg who was so rude, offensive, and clearly not happy to be there. She refused to give me a pic of the baby from a side view all i got was pics of the spine, lower limbs and upper limbs to piece together a picture of my baby. She also incorrectly dated me. All my ultrasounds and dating have been correct except hers. I kno exactly when i concieved, i kno my dates. My 6 week ultrasound and all subsequent ultrasounds have been correct to my dating. I have also heard bad reports from midwives and other mothers that this woman marg has not been polite and has been a problem. How many complaints do u need before u get rid of her. When i went back for my 18 weeks scan i had a lovely man who actually was nice enough to give me a pic of baby tell me the sex and was careful of the fact i have scaring on my uterus and c section scaring. Marg was not careful and caused me pain for aprox 5 weeks after. I give 4 stars because everything is great and runs smooth except if u have marg.
